Wireline Cased Hole Logging

Slickline Services
INTEGRA makes the slickline services available in order to perform the first well diagnostics allowing the appropriate planning on subsequent rigless or drilling work, being considered as the fastest and most effective service to diagnose, intervene, and raw information capture aimed to raise the deferred production at the lowest operating cost throughout the oil industry.
Every rigless intervention such as Coiled tubing, wireline, pumping, hydraulic unit, steam injection and more depends on a prior diagnosis held by slickline department to define the coming workflow, that’s why it is important for INTEGRA to have a well trained staff with highly recognized experience according to the the job intended to reduce the frequency of well trips and restore the full production with a minimum of non-productive time.
Hot Oiler Pumping
One of the most demanded services by our customers allows the maintenance of production in heavy oil fields in a fast and economical way. As well as the maintenance of production lines and systems both downhole and on surface. Using chemical mixtures pumped at high rates and temperatures dilutes and lower viscosities on highly paraffin and wax and scales, solid deposits that grow over time, blocking and hindering fluid flow through pipelines, valves, pumps etc. with significant reduction in production rates and equipment damages. This service restores the full flow capacity and even decrease static viscosities promoting production stimulation during and after a well intervention.
Well Testing

Stimulation
All chemical solutions and treatments are designed and oriented to increase oil & gas production at low cost and customized to solve specific problems in each well. Our Chemistry lab ensures product compatibility with specific characteristics of every reservoir improving rock – fluid interaction on each intervention.
INTEGRA has a portfolio of chemical solutions focused on mitigating the problems appearing during the productive life of a well, whether at the reservoir, production tubing and surface level. All chemical solutions are aimed to increase production surpassing challenges created by paraffin – wax; scale and other precipitates at production stream level combined with matrix acidification, placement of proppant agents and changing petrophysics synergy with formation and completion elements at molecular levels by chemical interactions.

Snubbing
Powered by sophisticated hydraulic systems, our modern Snubbing units are designed to provide a wide range of services where conventional rigs can’t perform, being our cornerstone the ability to run pipe in and out of the hole, rotate, fish, mill, drill, sidetrack, remove bridge plugs, cement, deepen wells and support BOP replacement in HP/HT environments. Handling such an amount of pressure gives INTEGRA the ability to perform on wells where heavy completion fluids and kill wells are not an option due to the high risk of increased formation damage. All af these with a cost effective tailored solution design to perform the task with minimum budget maximizing production by reducing operating times. Footprint is extremely reduced due to our equipments configuration minimizing the environmental impact and area requirement for operations.
Pumping Services
High-rate and high pressure pumping equipment allows chemical cleaning or stimulation of wells with the aim of reducing formation damage and increasing the production of oil and gas wells.
In addition to the hot oiler equipment, we have large capacity units. Triplex pumps with piston size ranging from 3” to 4”, maximum rate of 10 bpm, maximum pressure up to 10,000 psi and displacement tanks with a capacity of up to 64 bbl combined with high efficiency boiler allows an important decrease in fluid viscosity while dissolving paraffin, wax and other soluble aggregates formed during the life cycle of an oil well taking advantage of chemical properties of pumped fluid at high temperatures.
